98pkt may require you to verify your identity at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal. Verification typically involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted.
All deposits at 98pkt are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit cards and credit cards. Additional methods may be added or removed at 98pkt's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast) and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers and card payments. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account tier and the payment method used.
98pkt does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider — such as your bank or mobile wallet operator — may apply their own transaction charges. 98pkt has no control over third-party fees.
You confirm that all funds deposited to your 98pkt account are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. 98pkt reserves the right to carry out anti-money laundering checks and to request documentation verifying the source of funds when deemed necessary.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your financial institution. VIP players at higher tiers benefit from faster withdrawal processing — see the VIP page for details.
Standard accounts have daily and weekly withdrawal limits that are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may be increased for verified players and VIP members. 98pkt reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large withdrawal requests.
98pkt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general conditions below.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated for each bonus. Until the requirement is met, bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal.
Attempting to exploit bonuses through strategies such as low-risk hedging, creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds across prohibited game types, or any other method deemed abusive by 98pkt is strictly prohibited. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.
All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be removed from the account automatically. Expiry periods are stated clearly at the time each bonus is claimed.
98pkt reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in, any bonus funds already credited will remain valid under the original terms until their stated expiry date.
All games available on 98pkt — including slots, table games, live casino and any other category in the game lobby — operate according to their own individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. These general terms apply in addition to game-specific rules.
All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, by the physical outcome of a live dealer's actions. 98pkt does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and any wager refunded.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are clearly displayed within each game. These limits may vary between game types and between player account tiers. 98pkt reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the round will continue to its conclusion according to the game's normal logic. 98pkt is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on your end. If a disconnection occurs on 98pkt's side, affected rounds will be reviewed and resolved fairly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98pkt platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be referred to relevant authorities:
98pkt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or prolonged inactivity.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact 98pkt support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method after standard verification checks are completed.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 98pkt may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified in advance by email before any fee is applied. The fee will never reduce a balance below zero.

98pkt will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification providers is strictly limited to what is necessary to process your transactions or verify your identity.
