Registering at 98pkt — A Complete Guide for Pakistan Players
If you have been looking for a reliable online gaming platform that actually understands Pakistan — the payment methods people use, the sports people follow, the language people are comfortable with — then 98pkt was built with you in mind. This guide covers everything you need to know before and after creating your account, so there are no surprises once you are up and running.
Why Pakistan Players Choose 98pkt
There is no shortage of online gaming platforms available on the internet, but most of them are built for markets in Europe or Southeast Asia. Currencies, payment methods and even the sports on offer are tailored to those regions. 98pkt is different. The entire platform is built around what works for Pakistani players — PKR balances, JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits, PSL cricket coverage and a support team that understands the local context.
Players who have used international platforms and then switched to 98pkt consistently say the same thing: not having to deal with currency conversion, finding their own payment methods front and centre, and being able to follow PSL fixtures alongside casino games makes a real difference to the overall experience. It feels like a platform that was actually designed for them rather than retrofitted with a Pakistan option.
Who Is Eligible to Register
Registration on 98pkt is open to adults aged 18 and above. This is the only hard restriction on eligibility. You do not need to be a high earner, you do not need a special bank account, and you do not need previous experience with online gaming platforms. If you have a Pakistan mobile number, an email address and you are 18 or older, you have everything you need to create your account today.
During the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process — which happens after registration — you will be asked to confirm your identity. This is standard across all reputable gaming platforms and is there to protect players as much as it is to protect the platform. The process is straightforward and typically requires a valid CNIC or passport.
Understanding Your New Account Dashboard
Once your account is active, the 98pkt dashboard gives you a clear overview of everything in one place. Your PKR balance is displayed prominently at the top. From there you can navigate to the Game Lobby, access Live Casino tables, check your VIP tier progress, initiate deposits or withdrawals, and manage your account settings including responsible gaming tools.
The dashboard is designed to be equally usable on a desktop browser and on mobile. If you download the 98pkt app, the mobile experience mirrors the desktop version closely — nothing is hidden or reduced in the app compared to the full site. This matters because many Pakistan players primarily access the platform from their phones rather than a laptop or desktop computer.
Cricket, PSL and Sports Betting at 98pkt
Pakistan is a cricket nation, and 98pkt takes that seriously. The platform covers domestic PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral Test series and major ICC tournaments. Whether Pakistan is playing at home in Lahore or Karachi, or touring abroad, there will be coverage available on 98pkt for registered members.
Beyond cricket, the platform also covers Football — including European leagues and international fixtures — as well as Esports for players who follow competitive gaming. The sports section sits alongside the Casino and Live Casino in the main navigation, so you can move between different types of entertainment without any friction.
VIP Programme — Start Earning from Your First Deposit
The 98pkt VIP programme is not something you have to wait to unlock. Every single deposit you make earns you loyalty points that contribute to your tier progression. The higher your tier, the better the benefits: faster withdrawal processing, higher daily limits, exclusive bonus offers, dedicated account management and invitations to special promotions around major cricket events.
Players who register early and build up their activity tend to reach the mid-tier VIP levels relatively quickly. If you are going to play regularly anyway, there is no reason not to be earning towards VIP benefits at the same time. The programme is automatic — there is nothing extra to sign up for beyond your main 98pkt account.
Playing Responsibly from the Start
Setting responsible gaming limits from the very beginning is the single best habit you can build as a new player. It is much easier to set a sensible deposit limit when you are calm and thinking clearly than to do it after a difficult session. 98pkt makes this easy — head to the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings straight after registering and set a weekly or monthly deposit limit that matches your actual entertainment budget.
Think of your gaming budget the same way you think about money for a dinner out or a cinema ticket — it is money you are spending for enjoyment, and you should be entirely comfortable if it is gone at the end of the session. The games on 98pkt are entertainment. The house has a mathematical edge over time, and no system or strategy changes that fundamental reality. Knowing this going in is what separates players who enjoy the experience long-term from those who run into problems.
Getting Help When You Need It
The 98pkt support team is available around the clock via live chat inside the platform. Whether you have a question about a withdrawal, need help with account verification, want to set up a responsible gaming limit or just want to understand how a particular game works — the support team is there. Response times on live chat are typically under a few minutes, even during peak evening hours when PSL matches are on.
There is also a full FAQ section available at 98pkt FAQ covering the most common questions about registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and account management. It is worth bookmarking if you are new to the platform.
